Premium Health Japan: Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.


To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:


 1. Email us at info@premiumhealthjapan.com requesting your refund or store credit.
 2. Print the shipping label that we email to you.
 3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.


Additional Information:


 • Upon receiving your return, we will get started on your refund, or store credit within 2 business days.
 • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
 • In the event of lost or damaged returns, we will contact you by email.

USA orders ship from our Michigan warehouse at a flat rate of USD 4, and delivery takes 1-4 days.

We sure do! Canadian customers will receive their orders from our warehouse in Michigan, USA. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of CAD $9 and shipments take 7-10 days.

From March 1st, 2024, we need to charge a flat shipping fee of $5 for customers in Australia. We apologize that we can no longer provide free shipping.

Orders to Australia ship from our Melbourne warehouse using Sendle and Australia Post, arriving in 1-4 days. New Zealand orders also ship from our Melbourne warehouse using Sendle, and take 4-6 days to arrive.

Orders to countries outside of the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand ship from Osaka, Japan. We recommend selecting DHL for the fastest delivery time (2 to 4 days). This might show as WPX in the shipping carrier options.

Wholesale orders ship from Japan, with rates based on weight. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to provide the best possible shipping rates and delivery times.

Customers within the EU, USA, and Australia do not pay any customs and duty fees.

Customers outside of these regions are liable.

All wholesale and private label (OEM) orders ship from Japan and customers are liable for customs and duty fees.

We cannot ship to Afghanistan, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Sudan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen.
