Premium Health Japan: Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

 1. Email us at requesting your refund or store credit.
 2. Print the shipping label that we email to you.
 3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

 • Upon receiving your return, we will get started on your refund, or store credit within 2 business days.
 • Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
 • In the event of lost or damaged returns, we will contact you by email.

We have warehouses in Melbourne, Australia and Osaka, Japan.

We ship all Australian, New Zealand, USA, and Canada orders from our Melbourne warehouse. Our carriers are Sendle and Australia Post.

International orders ship from Japan. Our carrier is Japan Post.

Note: All wholesale orders ship from Japan.

Shipments to Australian addresses take 2-8 days.

Shipments to the USA and Canada take 10-20 days. This shipping time will improve when flight & cargo restrictions are lifted.

Shipments to worldwide addresses take 3-14 days, depending on your location.

Delays will be experienced by customers in the following countries due to flight and cargo restrictions:

New Caledonia, Samoa, Tonga, Ukraine.

Our shipments are surprisingly fast and our customers are happy so far!

Customers in Australia get FREE regular shipping for all products except our wholesale items (which are shipped from Japan).

International customers get competitive shipping rates. International customers can select their preferred shipment method during checkout.

Customers in Australia will receive a tracking number via email when we post your order.

For international customers, you can choose your preferred shipping method and elect to include tracking for an additional fee during checkout.

Items shipped from our Australian warehouse are automatically insured for a value of up to $100.

International customers can select a shipping method that includes insurance.

You will be responsible for import and customs fees, where applicable. Note that many countries have a FREE threshold. Please be aware of your country's import rules to avoid unexpected fees. We nominate low product values on shipments to keep our customers under relevant thresholds. We can also ship your products in multiple shipments.
