Most matcha and tea products cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons, but we’re always here to help if something arrives damaged or not as described. Tea accessories such as bowls and whisks may be eligible for return if unused and in their original packaging. Wholesale and OEM orders are made specifically for each customer and cannot be returned unless a confirmed manufacturing error is found. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within a few days of delivery — we pack everything safely, but once a parcel enters the courier and local postal network, handling is outside our control. Let us know the issue and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Yes! Customers in the EU will receive their orders from our Austrian warehouse.

Shipping to the USA
Retail orders for customers in the continental USA are shipped from our Michigan warehouse and are charged a flat rate of ¥990 (approx. USD $6.40). Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. This flat rate does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped from our Osaka, Japan warehouse. At checkout, customers can choose between DHL Express or Japan Post, with competitive international shipping rates displayed. DHL Express typically delivers in 3–4 days, while Japan Post delivery times vary depending on the chosen service (regular airmail or EMS Express Mail Service).
Retail orders for customers in Canada are shipped from our Michigan, USA warehouse and are charged a flat shipping rate of ¥990 (approximately CAD $9). Delivery typically takes 2–8 days, depending on the destination and local postal handling.
Shipping to Australia
Retail orders for customers in Australia are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse with a flat shipping rate of ¥500 (approximately AUD $5). We use Sendle and Australia Post to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping to New Zealand
Orders to New Zealand are also dispatched from our Australian warehouse and include a flat shipping rate of ¥1,200 (approximately NZD $14). Delivery to New Zealand typically takes 4–6 business days.
Wholesale orders ship from Japan, with rates based on weight. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to provide the best possible shipping rates and delivery times.
Customers in Australia, the USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), and all EU countries will not be charged duty or customs fees for retail products.
However, retail customers outside these regions, as well as all wholesale and OEM customers worldwide, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees required by their local authorities. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
We cannot control or waive any customs decisions, fees, or delays. If an order is held, returned, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid fees or local import restrictions, we are unable to issue a refund for the order or shipping costs. Wholesale and OEM customers should ensure they understand their country’s import requirements before placing an order.
We cannot ship to Afghanistan, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Sudan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Yemen.
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments, except when you select shipping without a tracking number during checkout (you will see a 'not recommended' notation). This is the cheapest option, but if there are delays or your package doesn't arrive, we have no way to track it. Please note that we will not compensate lost orders when this shipping method is selected. These shipments are at high risk of theft during transit.
