This Organic Uji Matcha – Platinum Blend is a certified organic Japanese matcha produced from shade-grown green tea leaves cultivated in Uji, Kyoto. Harvested in spring and processed into tencha before stone milling, it delivers a clean, approachable cup with a smooth texture and mild umami.

The blend is designed to be easy-drinking and versatile rather than intense or highly expressive. While it does not reach the depth or refinement of our Signature Series or single-cultivar releases, it offers dependable organic quality and a pleasant, balanced flavor suitable for regular use.

Stone-milled in small batches in Kyoto, this matcha produces a consistent, vibrant green cup with low bitterness and gentle astringency. It works well as a traditional bowl of usucha and holds its structure in milk-based drinks.
