FARM STORY (SUMIYAMA, UJI)
On the northern side of Uji, Sumiyama has supplied tea to Kyoto for centuries. Our partner family farm—operating since the Edo period—harvests by hand and limits annual volumes to protect quality. They rarely export directly; this release is made available through Premium Health Japan, making it a rare find outside Japan.
